Debbie joined the cornet section of PugetBrass in 2003 and currently serves on the Board as Secretary. She loves teaching both instrumental and choral music at Chief Sealth High School in West Seattle, where she has taught since 1999. She earned Bachelor degrees in both Music and Music Education from the University of Washington, and recently received her Master of Arts in Education degree from Antioch University Seattle. Debbie enjoys playing in the Seattle Women’s Jazz Orchestra (SWOJO) and occasionally subbing with the West Seattle Big Band. She lives in Seattle with her husband Jeremy and black lab, Cleo. |
